We email your report to the municipal office; the office decides what happens next. There is no statutory deadline for the office to reply to this kind of report. If it replies, we'll forward the answer to you by email.

No. An e-mail is enough to confirm your report and get updates. Enter the same address in My reports to see all your reports and petitions - no password.

Yes. Every municipality in Poland is on miasto.app - type the name of your town or municipality in the search box or browse the list of all cities.

Yes. We process data in compliance with GDPR and send no ads. Your email is used to confirm the report and keep you informed about it. We pass your contact details to the office only with your consent - you can also report anonymously.

miasto.app is an independent civic service run by MEZA P.S.A. from Sopot. We help you describe a problem and find out who is responsible for it in your municipality.
